We offer a free plan that lets you add a limited number of store locations. Paid plans unlock unlimited stores, advanced filters, analytics, and priority support. Visit the app's Plans page inside your Shopify Admin to see current pricing.

No — we include a free OpenStreetMap basemap by default that requires no API key. A Mapbox account is only needed if you want modern map styles (Standard, Light, Dark, Night) or a custom branded map design.

The number of stores depends on your plan. Free plans have a limit; paid plans support unlimited locations. You can manage all your stores directly in the admin panel or bulk-import them via CSV.

Yes! You can upload a CSV file to add all your stores at once. We provide two CSV templates — one for stores with a full street address, and one for stores with latitude and longitude coordinates. See the Import Stores with CSV article for details.

Yes. You can enable product-based filters so customers can find the nearest store that carries a specific product. This requires linking product availability to each store — see the Tutorials page for a walkthrough video.

Yes — with a Mapbox account, you can create a fully custom map style in Mapbox Studio and paste the Style URL into the Store Locator settings. Your brand colors, fonts, and map details are fully customizable.

Yes. The Content tab in Settings lets you customize all labels, buttons, and messages to match your store's language. You can fully translate the interface.
